Ride Wisconsin

Over 180 miles of ATV trails plus hundreds of miles of forest roads across Bayfield County, maintained by volunteer clubs with County Forestry & Parks and the U.S. Forest Service.

Chippewa County maintains an ATV/UTV trail and associated routes in the Chippewa County Forest. The trail is typically open from May 1 until just before the gun deer season, and off-trail riding is prohibited.

Clark County Forest has a 16-mile off-road motorcycle area (Knobby Ridge) and a separate ~135-mile ATV trail system; Snyder County Campground offers direct trail access.

ATV/UTV trails in the Marinette County Forest around Goodman and Dunbar, maintained year-round by the Dun-Good Riders club, with a loop toward Florence County. The club posts trail reports and the county trail map; the ungroomed loop to Florence County reopened in July 2026.

Over 160 miles of ATV trails and routes connecting to neighboring counties and Michigan, including the northern Nicolet State Trail, Spread Eagle Barrens and three waterfalls, with three ATV/UTV-friendly campgrounds and a 17-acre ATV park at Fisher Lake.

120 miles of year-round Iron County Forest trails maintained by the Iron County ATV Association and Mercer Dusty Loons, linking to hundreds of miles of routes in neighboring counties and the U.P. Camp-and-ride options include Saxon Harbor, Weber Lake and Lake of the Falls; Schomberg Park trailhead has an ATV wash.

County ATV/UTV trails plus two one-way 16.5-mile motorcycle single-track loops (McKenna, North and South loops) near Black River Falls; camping at Crawford Hills County Park.

Southeast Wisconsin state recreation area with about seven miles of ATV trails through forest, grassland and wetland, plus camping, fishing and swimming. No direct trail access from the campground.

More than 70 miles of multi-use trails on the Park Falls unit of the Medford-Park Falls Ranger District, open to OHVs, dirt bikes, horses and mountain bikes. Follows snowmobile/forest roads with several staging and camping areas.

About 20 miles of ATV/motorcycle trail along the southeast side of the Chequamegon Waters Flowage; Chippewa Campground offers direct trail access, beaches and a boat ramp.

Town of Rome park with 11.78 miles of multi-use trails, a 1.22-mile MX track, 1.21-mile ATV/UTV track, supercross and peewee tracks, a challenge course and a 4-acre sand bowl. Rapid Angels MC hosts AMA events.

Kewaunee County park with 20+ miles of smooth, twisty trails and some hill climbs for ATVs, UTVs and off-road motorcycles; a good beginner/family spot.

Village of Tigerton OHV park with 28+ miles of trails for ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes and 4x4s, a challenge track and a campground. Fantasy Moto's private MX track is adjacent.

One of the oldest motocross clubs in the Midwest, with a one-mile outdoor MX track and a quarter-mile red clay oval; co-hosts Wisconsin's Southern Cup with Sugar Maple MX.

AMA District 16 motocross track on a family farm with a 1.5-mile layout and big elevation changes plus a peewee track. Runs races for bikes and ATVs and co-hosts Wisconsin's Southern Cup with Aztalan.
